Refund and Returns PolicyAt The Royal Lush, we strive to provide a seamless and transparent experience for all our guests.

Please carefully read our Refund and Cancellation Policy before making a booking.

1. Room Booking Cancellation PolicyCancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled check-in date will be eligible for a full refund.Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will attract a charge equivalent to one night’s room tariff.In case of no-show (guest does not arrive without prior cancellation), the full amount of the first night will be charged, and the remaining amount (if any) will be refunded as per policy.

2. Early DepartureIf a guest decides to check out before the scheduled departure date, the hotel reserves the right to charge for the entire booked duration. No refund will be provided for unused nights unless otherwise agreed in writing by the management.

3. Event / Banquet BookingsFor banquet hall, wedding, or event bookings:Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to the event date will be eligible for a refund after deducting a processing fee of 20%.Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event will not be eligible for any refund.Advance amounts paid for event bookings are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the booking confirmation.

4. Non-Refundable BookingsCertain promotional, discounted, or special offer bookings may be marked as non-refundable. In such cases, no refund or modification will be allowed under any circumstances.

5. Refund ProcessAll approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment (credit/debit card, UPI, bank transfer, etc.).The Royal Lush is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

6. Force MajeureIn the event of natural disasters, government restrictions, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of The Royal Lush, the management reserves the right to offer an alternative date, credit note, or refund at its sole discretion.
